Steps for a typical landscape

1. Prepare area for landscaping.
   
    
2. Trench for drain system.
   
3. Install 3″ drain pipe/collectors/hook to gutters.
   
4. Run pipe under sidewalk/core to street.
   
5. Trench for irrigation system
   
6. Form for concrete patio/utility/walkways.
   
7. Pour concrete/control joints.
   
8. Assemble, install and test irrigation system.
   
9. Rainbird heads/Rainbird anti-siphon valves
   
10. Hunter controller/schedule 40 pipe/ hook up wiring.
    
11. Add soil amendments.
    
12. Draw out planters.
    
13. Install concrete borders.
    
14. Install drip line/spray heads.
    
15. Install plants/if contracted
    
16. Final grading.
    
17. Install Super Bowl fescue grass.
    
18. Tune system and set timer.
    
19. Clean up.
    
20. Monitor new installation for 1 month.
